IDS Asset Management was founded in 2012 by Tracy Drivas, with the goal of providing exceptional one-on-one service to its clients.
While attending the University of Utah, Tracy worked at the Nordstom flagship store in Salt Lake City where she obtained extensive training in customer service. Never a believer in high pressure selling, Tracy quickly discovered that superior customer service was the secret to high sales and commissions. Overnight, she became an advocate of the Nordsrom motto “the customer is always right.”
A proponent of exceptional customer care, Tracy used this as the foundation in developing her career, from managing a famous Washington D.C. restaurant, to operating an executive search firm and working in the HOA industry for 20 years. Entrepreneurial minded and driven to service, Tracy founded IDS to offer association communities the boutique experience of unparalleled customer service at affordable rates.
The IDS staff consists of consummate professionals driven to service. For us, our smaller size is not limiting but liberating. While large companies see HOAs as a numbers on a screen, we view our HOAs as individuals; people with the right to reside in pristine, fiscally sound, safe and friendly communities. As a boutique management firm, we see each of our clients as part of a personal relationship built upon trust, hard work, respect and integrity as we manage their most valuable assets.
